The email address you provide for this service will not be used for the purpose of spam, nor sold or given to any third party, even if the U.S. government hauls me off to Gitmo and tortures me. In that event, I will give them the email addresses of MLM scammers instead of the ones on file here.

Terms of Service:

It's really impossible for a legitimate subscriber to breech any terms of service for a service such as this one, so this is really a warning to anyone who may try subscribing anyone other than himself or herself or attempt to change someone else's preferences. If I receive a complaint from anyone about receiving subscription validations or change requests that they did not initiate, just know that your IP will be on file when you try to use the system to abuse others. I have no interest in the IPs of legitimate users, but will readily use them against the abusers.

Summary:

Despite my attempt at humor in this notice, the bottom line is that I will do my best to keep legitimate users happy and informed.
